The four biggest customers of CVS consolidated their executive services and moved into the ground floor of a new building in Underwood, Brisbane Queensland. Managers, the general manager and the managing director of these organisations will require these offices at different times.
CVS was able to achieve:
- the installation of 8 phone lines
- the installation of an existing NEC Topaz phone system
- setup ADSL Internet
- source, deliver and install a server rack including patch panels
- test and patch existing data and telephone points to the server rack
- purchase and installe Server and UPS hardware and software
- organise the installation of Air Conditioning in the server room, including gaining Body Corporate approval
Managed Exchange Server: the ultimate in Office Productivity
More recently Foundations Child and Family Support have taken advantage of our Email Hosting and Office Productivity solution. This will decrease the amount of time their staff spend managing Spam and Virus infected emails, and allow them to share calendars and contacts.
SharePoint Server: Office storage and collaboration evolved
In January 2009 Foundations Child and Family Support took advantage of our hosted SharePoint Services. Staff can now access their files and documents from any location, protect those documents with specific security permissions, Coordinate projects calendars and schedules, Discuss ideas and review documents or proposals and Share information and keep in touch with other people.
