Leading Edge Video and Music: Net Café and Wireless Hot-Spot.
Leading Edge Video and Music Jindabyne, located on the edge of the Snowy Mountain region in Southern NSW, with the help of Community Vision Systems identified an opportunity to expand their business with an Internet Café and Wireless Hotspot in their video shop. The idea was to take advantage of the highly populated snow fields over the tourist seasons (May-September), for holiday makers to have access the internet.

Community Vision Systems negotiated with Leading Edge to come up with a Leasing Package Solution that met the needs of their Business.
The Internet Café and Wireless Hotspot consisted of 6 computers separated into booths. Community Vision Systems sourced and purchased state of the art computer and networking equipment such as Cisco Switches and Routers, and a Linksys wireless Access Point.
Software created by a partner of CVS was used very effectively on the Leading Edge Internet Café server to control login screens and login time limits.
The Leading Edge Video business owners suggested using software technologies such as Skype and MSN Messenger for tourists to communicate with family and friends overseas. To accommodate for this Community Vision Systems also purchased and installed headsets and webcams on each workstation.
Overall the Business owners were exceptionally pleased with the work that CVS had performed and are looking to increase the number of workstations they have by next snow season.
