Q: What is an Adobe PDF Document, and how do I use it?

On some pages of this website you will see links to documents that are in Adobe PDF format. These documents are optomised for use on the web because they have the ability to have smaller file sizes, thus making them easier and faster to download. A PDF reader is free to download, making PDF documents more accessible to users. Another advantage of using PDF Documents is that once you download it you can save it to your hard drive, and refer to it later without having to connect to the Internet.

To read these documents you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader, (this link opens a new browser window), and you can download a free copy of this software via links supplied on pages within this website that contain PDF documents.

Q: Why is there a blank white space at the top left of the website?

Our website requires you to have the Macromedia Flash Plug-in to view all the content and animations that we have available on our website. Your website browser, (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox etc), should prompt you to automatically install the Flash Plug-in. Alternatively you can download the Macromedia Flash Plug-in from the Macromedia Website.

If you have any further questions or comments then please don't hesitate to Contact Community Vision Systems.
